Mobiluc (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Mobiluc SaaS platform available at mobiluc.store. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Mobiluc you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Account data. When you register we collect your name, email address, phone number and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.

Business data. Information you enter to operate your shop — business profile, products, customers, suppliers, sales, purchases, expenses and accounting records. This data belongs to you.

Payment proof data. For paid subscriptions we collect the payment method, reference/transaction number and any screenshot you upload so our team can verify and activate your subscription.

Technical data. IP address, browser type and basic usage logs used for security and to keep the service running reliably.

2. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as your light/dark theme. Optional analytics cookies may be used to understand usage. See our Cookie Policy.

3. Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics (for example Google Analytics) to measure aggregate usage and improve the product. Analytics data is not used to identify individuals.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain and secure the Mobiluc service.

5. Data Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards including password hashing, prepared database statements, CSRF protection, secure session handling, role-based access control and validated file uploads. Each business’s data is logically isolated so that one user’s data is never visible to another business.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated business data; some records may be retained where required for legal, tax or fraud-prevention purposes.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal or business data to any third party.
