Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mobiluc SaaS platform. By creating an account or using Mobiluc, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Usage

Mobiluc provides business-management software for mobile phone and accessory businesses on a subscription basis. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms and your chosen plan.

2. Subscriptions

Paid plans (Pro and Premium) are billed monthly or yearly. Subscriptions are activated after we verify your manual payment (Easypaisa, JazzCash or Bank Transfer). Your expiry date is calculated automatically from the activation date. Access to paid features is restricted once a subscription expires.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including accounting and tax figures.
  • You must keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws when using the service.

4. Prohibited Activities

  • Attempting to breach security, access other businesses’ data, or disrupt the service.
  • Reverse engineering, reselling or sublicensing the platform without authorisation.
  • Uploading malicious files or unlawful content.

5. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, submit fraudulent payment proofs, or pose a security risk.

6. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are payable in advance. Manual payments must be genuine and verifiable. Duplicate or incorrect payments are handled per our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Mobiluc, its logo, software and design are our intellectual property. Your business data remains yours.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates or factors beyond our control may cause downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mobiluc is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on reports generated from data you provided.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. On termination your right to use the service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
